SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 20

Suspending Joint Rule No. 3 to extend the time permitted relating to preparation of the conference report as to
Senate Joint Resolution No. 4, Proposing an amendment to the Constitution designated Modern Investment Management Amendment.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members of each house present agreeing thereto:
That Joint Rule No. 3 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates is hereby suspended for a period of an additional fifteen days for the express purpose of preparation of the conference report as to Senate Joint Resolution No. 4.
